PatternSkinCssCookbook Recipe: Hide the left bar

This line loads the extra style definition:

   * Set USERSTYLEURL = %PUBURLPATH%/%SYSTEMWEB%/PatternSkinCssCookbookNoLeftBar/hideleftbar.css

You can write this line in DefaultPreferences, in SitePreferences, in WebPreferences, in your user topic, or on a single page.
